Domaine Pech-Tort produced its first vintage in 2008, following the construction of the winery and cellar, and won awards in its very first year! Nadège Jeanjean makes it a point of honor to care for the vines and the soil: meticulous work to respect biodiversity, no use of weedkillers, installation of bat shelters, use of pheromones for sexual confusion... Harvesting is manual and yields are low. The estate is certified High Environmental Value.

To find out all the secrets behind the making of these quality wines, this young winemaker offers a guided tour of her cellar, followed by a tasting of the estate's wines. Cellar opening times (over 15 people by appointment).
