Located at the roundabout between Claret and Sauteyrargues, In Vina Terra is a Maison des vins (wine shop) open to the Pic Saint-Loup estates, a local delicatessen and a restaurant with a patio in fine weather. The chef concocts traditional home cooking using fresh produce.

His signature dish : grilled cuttlefish, authentic Sète aioli with potato starch, served with Scandinavian potatoes.

Saint-Jean-de-Buèges

Perched high above the medieval village of Saint-Jean-de-Buèges, the Auberge de la Vallée offers a picturesque view of the valley and the majestic Séranne massif from its pleasant terrace. Éric and Christiane prepare local cuisine based on regional products and offer a wide choice of regional wines.

Its signature dish is part of a "Terroir du Pic Saint-Loup" menu featuring lamb from the Gaec de Cambous, with a grand veneur sauce and red Pic Saint-Loup wine, and seasonal vegetables from the Lutin Jardin des Matelles.
