The Domaine is the result of a great family story that began in 1957 with Charles Billet. A story that fits with the vagaries of the times and whose olive oils reflect all the generosity of this place : invitation to share, to live well, to eat well.
Passionate about their profession, the Vialla family cultivates their olive grove with respect for traditions.
The result is a production of tasty table olives, fruity varietal olive oils, oil typical like“la Farigoule”, specialty of the estate, “Flavor” oils (lemon, basil, truffle, etc.), mashed olives, vinegars ...
