DOMAINE DU POUJOL
On the 66 hectares of the family estate bought in 2016, 44 host scrubland and about 12 are cultivated in vineyards, on the southern slopes of the hills and terraces overlooking La Mosson. Six hectares are classified in AOP Grès de Montpellier, four in AOP Languedoc and both in IGP (formerly Vin de Pays). The Domaine’s philosophy is to produce fresh, elegant and balanced wines, looking for more complex flavors beyond the specific flavors of each variety. The culture is conducted in the most natural way possible (organic manure, use of elements of bio-dynamics).
