Local and organic
In the Grand Pic Saint-Loup, people remain very attached to their land, its pastoral, wine-growing and agricultural history.
We love the taste and flavour of local and seasonal products, the respect of a nourishing and generous land.
From the vegetable garden to the plate, from the vine to the glass, from the plant to the jar and right up to the natural cosmetics, the winegrowers, farmers, shepherds, market gardeners, beekeepers, stockbreeders, craftsmen and restaurant owners work with the products of their land with high standards and passion, favouring short circuits.
"To be enjoyed on the spot or to be taken away... in your luggage!"
Many producers are involved in agrotourism and direct sales at the place of production, while relying on certified chains of origin.
As you stroll through the Grand Pic Saint-Loup, at each stage, you will treat your taste buds to excellent, healthy and local products, each one more delicious than the last. Picholine olive oil, rosemary honey, aromatic plants, pelardons with the flavours of the garrigues, unanimously recognised wines, truffles with rare aromas, and even flower syrups...
The Grand Pic Saint-Loup is rooted in its agricultural origins. It is this history that has shaped its landscapes and its identity, and plays an active role in maintaining its biodiversity, which is essential for a need that is more than ever topical: the sustainable management of resources and the environment.
